Verification and Approval
After you receive an email notification, sign in to your ACAwise account and verify the generated forms directly or download the generated form in excel format to verify it offline.
To verify your forms directly in the ACAwise account.
- Sign in to your ACAwise account.
- Click against the selected business to view the dashboard
- Select ACA Forms.
- Select Form 1095 under the action column to review the generated 1095s in the pdf format
- You also have the option in the Action column to download the generated forms in excel format to review them offline.
If any errors are found while reviewing, you have access to correct the data in the downloaded excel template given by ACAwise or on your own template. After the successful completion of making corrections to the data, you need to upload only the corrected information in a separate file to us.
- Go to the Upload menu. It gives the option to upload the corrected file.
- Choose the corrected file, click upload and notify the ACAwise team.
