Can we validate the accuracy of the employee’s data before notifying you?

Yes. It is possible to verify the accuracy of your employee's data before notifying us, but only if you have filled out the information in our ACAwise template.

Here’s how you can validate that your employees' data is accurate before notifying the ACAwise team:

• Click the upload button and go to the upload files section. On the right, there is a validation box.

• Click to upload the completed ACAwise file that you’ve used to fill out your employee’s data, or drag and drop the file from the computer.
• Click the Validate button. This lists the errors that were found in your completed file.                                                                          

Correct the errors and notify us. This reduces possible errors that may occur during validation from our end.
