How to use Backup codes?

If you lose access to your Two-Factor Authentication, you can regain access to your account using Backup Codes. This provides an additional way to log in to your account when you enable Two-Factor Authentication. These codes might be saved as ‘ACAwise_<username>_BackupCodes.pdf’ in your Downloads folder. 

Step 1: At the time of login, if you don’t have access to your mobile number or authentication app, choose the ‘Try another method’ option and select ‘Use the Backup Codes’.

Step 2: There, enter the backup code and click ‘Verify’.
