Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Form 1095-C must be filed and distributed by Applicable Large Employers (with 50 or more full-time equivalent employees) to all full-time equivalent employees who were enrolled in health insurance coverage for at least one month of the calendar year.

To confirm that you’re an ALE to file the 1095-C form with the IRS, check your ALE status with our ALE status calculator.

If you’re an ALE, required to e-file your ACA 1095-C forms with the IRS, you can get in touch with the ACAwise support team. We will discuss your requirements and move forward with setting up your ACAwise account. The account allows you to upload employee’s ACA data. Our team will then begin generating a Form 1095-C with the required ACA codes and you can e-file 1095-C with the IRS and distribute your employee's copies.
