Can I submit a single authoritative transmittal for all my companies?

No. Each separate employer is subject to the associated information reporting requirements (Forms 1094- C and 1095-C). Therefore, each employer must file its own Form 1094-C Authoritative Transmittal, using its own EIN.

For example, Company A cannot file one Authoritative Transmittal reporting information about Companies A, B, and C combined. Each company must file a separate Authoritative Transmittal in regards to their own full-time and full-time equivalent employees.
