What is an Aggregated ALE Group?

An Aggregated ALE Group is a group of employers that are treated as a single employer when filing their ACA Forms 1095.

For example, you own three companies, Company A, Company B, and Company C. Company A is the parent of Company B and Company C. If all three companies combined have more than 50 full-time or full-time equivalent employees, then the IRS considers them to be an Aggregated ALE Group.
